Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation and delivered nationwide in 5 to 7 working days. Your estimated delivery window is shown on the order confirmation page.

A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders. Orders over PKR 2,000 ship free. The cart always shows your progress toward free shipping.

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider when your parcel arrives. We never ask for prepayment, card details, or bank transfers.

Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp using the phone number provided at checkout. Please keep your number reachable. Orders we cannot confirm within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Weather, strikes, or courier backlogs can occasionally add a day or two. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll trace it immediately.
