What we collect
When you order, we store your name, phone number, delivery address, city, and order contents. Your cart and recently-viewed items are saved only on your own device (local storage), never on our servers.
How it's used
Your details exist for one reason: delivering your order and supporting you afterwards. We confirm orders on WhatsApp, share them with our courier for delivery, and keep records for accounting. That’s it.
What we never do
We don’t sell your data, we don’t send marketing spam, and we don’t share your information with anyone beyond the courier delivering your parcel and the tools required to run the store (hosting and order records).
Your control
Want your order history or personal details removed? Message us on WhatsApp or email and we’ll delete everything we’re not legally required to keep, within 7 days.
Security
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS, admin access is restricted and logged, and no payment data exists on our systems at all. Every order is Cash on Delivery.
